These institutional investors broadly include sovereign wealth funds, equity and debt portfolio funds, private equity funds, infrastructure & real estate funds, stressed asset funds and investment banks.
• We provide an entire gamut of financial solutions & services including derivative products such as Overnight Indexed Swaps (OIS), USD/INR forwards which are approved by the Reserve Bank of India, for dealing by non-resident entities. We also provide custodial services & allied regulatory filings with respect to the custodial services from ICICI Bank, India.
• We partner with institutions for facilitating their Foreign Direct Investment journey in India right from inception till culmination of the investment (e.g. advising on the suitable partners for tax, legal and forex requirements etc.) in India and provide a seamless interface at Singapore.
• For facilitating investments into India, we also fulfil requirements of our clients for bid bonds, performance guarantees, forex conversion and remittance services from our Singapore branch and also work for their requirements in their investee company from ICICI Bank, India.
