What are the alternative ways that I can do my banking transactions?
You may bank with us through any of the following channels:
- Branch: visit us at our Raffles Quay branch at 6 Raffles Quay, Singapore 048580;
- Online Banking (for account holders only): bank from the comfort of your own home with our online banking services;
- Phone Banking (for account holders only): Call our Contact Centre to check your balances, fixed deposit maturity dates or make a remittance to India via Call & Remit to pre-registered beneficiaries.
How may I transfer funds?
You may transfer your funds with us through any of the following channels:
- For Account Holders:
- Online Banking: bank from the comfort of your own home with our online banking services;
- Call & Remit (only for individual account holders): make a remittance request through the telephone with one of our Customer Service Officers for remittances to India to pre-registered beneficiaries;
- Branch: visit us at our Raffles Quay branch at 6 Raffles Quay, Singapore 048580to make a transfer.
- For Non-account Holders
- Branch: visit us at our Raffles Quay branch at 6 Raffles Quay, Singapore 048580
What if I need to make a cash deposit or withdrawal?
You will no longer be able to make a cash deposit or withdrawal at any of our branches. However, the following channels are available:
- For all customers
- Branch: visit us at our Raffles Quay branch at 6 Raffles Quay, Singapore 048580 and make a fund transfer with your NETs debit card or cashier’s order / cheque
How can I withdraw my money?
You will no longer be able to withdraw cash at any of our branches. However, you may make a withdrawal through any of the following channels:
- Bank from the comfort of your own home with our online banking services via FAST;
- You may issue cheques from your cheque book;
- You may also place request for issuance of a Cashier’s Order.
What can I do if I want to do a transaction on a weekend?
You will no longer be able to transfer your funds on a weekend at any of our branches. However, you may transfer your funds with us through any of the following channels:
- For Account Holders
- Online Banking: bank from the comfort of your own home with our online banking services;
- Call & Remit (only for individual account holders): make a remittance request through the telephone with one of our Customer Service Officers for remittances to India to pre-registered beneficiaries;
- Branch: visit us at our Raffles Quay branch at 6 Raffles Quay, Singapore 048580 to make a transfer.
- For Non-account Holders
- Branch: Remitters can visit us at our Raffles Quay branch at 6 Raffles Quay, Singapore 048580 during week days during banking hours.
I have only transferred my funds via the kiosk. What are the alternatives available to me?
You may transfer your funds with us through any of the following channels:
- For Account holders
- Online Banking: bank from the comfort of your own home with our online banking services;
- Call & Remit: make a remittance request through our contact centre for remittances to India wherein the beneficiary has been pre-registered;
- Branch: visit us at our Raffles Quay branch and make a fund transfer with your NETs debit card or cashier’s order / cheque
- For Non-Account holders
- Branch: visit us at our Raffles Quay branch at 6 Raffles Quay, Singapore 048580 and make a fund transfer with your NETs debit card or cashier’s order / cheque
What is Call & Remit?
Call and Remit is a facility or service offered to individual customers of ICICI Bank holding a current account for remitting funds by providing instructions in the form of a remittance request over the telephone call to effect transfer and/or remits funds to a registered beneficiary's bank account in India.
