Important Update

  1. Important update with reference to Service channels-

    Effective January 31, 2019, the following services will cease to be offered by ICICI Bank limited Singapore Branch-

    • Branch operations at Little India (i.e. 190 Serangoon Road, Singapore 218064)
    • Remittance Kiosk services at the following locations-
      • 6 Raffles Quay, Singapore 048580
      • 190 Serangoon Road, Singapore 218064
    • Cash services- Cash acceptance and withdrawal services shall be discontinued at both the branches.

    The upcoming changes will not impact your relationship with us in any way. In case you have any concerns, please refer to the FAQ here.

Maintenance

The scheduled maintenance are as follows:

12th May 2019 4.00 am – 6.30 am On account of scheduled maintenance activity, corporate internet banking and retail internet banking will not be available on May 12th 2019 between 4.00 am to 4.30 am and will be experiencing intermittent fluctuations between 4.30 am to 6.30am. Regular services will resume on May 12th itself from 6.30 am onwards.
 
13th February 2019 9.00 pm to 1.00 am On account of scheduled maintenance activity, corporate internet banking and retail internet banking will be experiencing intermittent fluctuations between February 13th, 2019 9.00 pm and February 14th, 2019 1.00 am. Regular services will resume from February 14th, 2019 1.00 am onwards.
 
11 January 2019 7.30 am to 8.30 am On account of scheduled maintenance activity, retail internet banking will be experiencing intermittent fluctuations from 7.30 am to 8.30 am. Regular services will resume from 9.30 onwards.
 
12 January 2019 6.30 am to 7.30 am On account of scheduled maintenance activity, retail internet banking will be experiencing intermittent fluctuations from 6.30 am to 7.30 am. Regular services will resume from 9.30 onwards.
 
3rd November 2018 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm On account of scheduled maintenance activity, corporate internet banking and retail internet banking will be experiencing intermittent fluctuations on November 3rd 2018 between 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm. Regular services will resume on November 3, 2018 itself from 4.00 pm onwards.
 
11 November, 2018 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm On account of scheduled maintenance activity, corporate internet banking will not be available on November 11th 2018 between 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm. Regular services will resume on November 11th itself from 5.30 pm onwards.
 
18 November, 2018 10.30 am to 11.15 am On account of scheduled maintenance activity, retail internet banking will be experiencing intermittent fluctuations on November 18th 2018 between 10.30 am to 11.15 am. Regular services will resume from 11.15 am onwards.
 
21st November 2018 7.30 am to 8.30 am On account of scheduled maintenance activity, retail internet banking will not be available on November 21st 2018 between 7.30 am to 8.30 am. Regular services will resume on November 21st itself from 8.30 am onwards.
 
20 October, 2018 1.30 am to 8.30 am On account of scheduled maintenance activity, Kiosk and Remittances on Internet Banking will not be available on October 20, 2018 (Saturday) from 1.30 am to 8.30 am. Regular services will be available at other timings.
 
19 October, 2018 8.30 pm to 3.30 am On account of scheduled maintenance activity, Kiosk and Remittances on Internet Banking will not be available from 8.30 pm (October 19, 2018)  to 3.30 am (October 20, 2018). Regular services will be available at other timings.
 
8 September, 2018 11.00 am to 4.00 pm On account of scheduled activity, corporate internet banking and retail internet banking will be experiencing intermittent fluctuations on September 8 2018 between 11.00 am to 4.00 pm. Regular services will resume on September 8, 2018 itself from 4.00 pm onwards.
 
30 August, 2018 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm On account of scheduled activity, FAST service on corporate internet banking and retail internet banking will be experiencing intermittent fluctuations on 30 August, 2018 between 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm. Regular services will resume on 30 August, 2018 itself from 8.00 pm onwards.
     
11 August, 2018 1.30 am to 2.30 am and
7.00 am to 8.00 am
On account of scheduled maintenance activity, Kiosk and Remittances on Internet Banking will not be available on August 11, 2018 (Saturday) from 1.30 am to 2.30 am and 7.00 am to 8.00 am. Regular services will be available at other timings.
 
11 August, 2018 2.00 pm – 6.00 pm On account of scheduled activity, corporate internet banking and retail internet banking will be experiencing intermittent fluctuations on 11 August 2018 between 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Regular services will resume on Aug 11, 2018 itself from 6.00 pm onwards.
 
4th August 2018  10.00 am – 1.00 pm On account of scheduled activity, corporate internet banking and retail internet banking will be experiencing intermittent fluctuations on 4th August 2018 between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. Regular services will resume on Aug 4, 2018 itself from 1 pm onwards.
